Delete your GrowChi account and data

GrowChi users can request deletion of their account and associated data by emailing GrowChi support.

How to request account deletion

1. Email support@growchi.co.uk
2. Use the email address linked to your GrowChi account
3. Write that you want to delete your GrowChi account and data
4. We will verify the request and process deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes

• your GrowChi profile
• your daily logs and wellness activity data
• your Chi memory and Chi Coach stored memory summaries
• your stored personalised Chi avatar image
• your friendships and social data
• your push notification tokens
• your reports and related app data

The in-app “Clear data from this device” option signs you out and removes local data stored on that device only. It does not delete your online GrowChi account, Supabase Auth user, profile, activity logs, synced conversation history or stored avatar image.

Please email from the address linked to your GrowChi account so we can verify the request.

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.

Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention or financial compliance reasons.
